The Insert command is used to insert a splice enclosure between two spans.

1. From the Modify/Delete section of the Copper Tab select the Insert command:

   

2. Select two copper spans in which a splice enclosure is being inserted:

   

3. A window opens to select the type of splice enclosure being inserted between the two spans.
4. Enter the splice enclosure name or ID and the annotation is manually placed beside the splice enclosure.
